designing of multi- objective multi-level disaster blood supply chain

چکیده

this paper presents a multi-objective linear programming model for disaster blood supply chain in some periods of time after disaster. this model assist to determine the quantity and location of facilities and also how to allocate blood to facilities. in this study, a three-level model is described, while blood is collected from temporary and permanent facilities and sent to blood center. blood units get tested and then sent to cure centers. regarding to objective of the problem, minimizing costs and shortages, the problem is bi-objective which are in conflict. the problem was solved using goal programming method and utilizing real data which are collected from case study on qaemshahr city. results showed by spending not much money, we can plan to have a proper blood supply chain.
